Kits speed up your start. They don't replace skill, teamwork or raiding. Every player can progress quickly on a 10x server.
How do I receive a purchased kit?+
Sign in with Steam, buy the kit, and it is delivered to your Steam64 ID. Redeem it in-game with the kit command.
How do I join the server?+
Copy the server IP, open Rust, press F1 and type: client.connect followed by the IP. Or find Echo 10X in the community server list.
Where is the server hosted?+
In Australia, for low ping across AU and NZ.
How do I report a player?+
Open a ticket in the Discord with the player's name, Steam ID if possible, and any clips or screenshots.
How do I contact staff?+
Open a Discord ticket. For business enquiries use the contact page.
Can I refund a purchase?+
See the refund policy. Delivered digital items are generally non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
